A more advanced phone than the Snom 300, the Snom 320 is a powerful, yet affordable SIP business telephone. It includes powerful business features such as built-in full-duplex speaker phone, dual RJ45 Ethernet ports, a built in headset port and twelve programmable keys. For those requiring conference calls, multi tasking, features and flexibility this IP phone is a solid offering from the Snom IP phone line up. The Snom 320 features a three party conference bridging feature, a 2 x 24 semi-graphic LCD display and menu-driven user interface.

The Snom 320 supports custom branding and easy feature management with 12 programmable keys, LED support and flexible trunk-access/busy lamp configuration. The Snom 320 has a large 100-number call memory, 100-number onboard address book (to which data may easily be uploaded), custom call blocking, configurable/downloadable ring-tones, auto-answer mode and DND. All these sophisticated features insure convenience and productivity on the Snom 320. And the built-in web server supports even simpler end-user configuration, screen dialing, and access to call history.
The Snom 320 is remote-manageable and firmware-upgradeable. The Snom 320 is uniquely easy to install, and largely self-configuring. The Snom 300 is the entry level business IP phone from Snom that offers good features at an affordable price. The Snom 300 is intended for cubicle worker or common work areas such as hallways or break rooms. It has a good build quality and can handle medium call traffic while provided solid business features. The snom 300 features four lines (SIP account registrations). This means it can handle four calls at the same time and have four telephone numbers that ring to it (extensions). It has two RJ45 Ethernet ports so your computer can plug into the back of it to share an internet connection. It supports session initiation protocol (SIP) which means it is compatible with a number of voice over IP telephone systems.
The Snom 300 includes a power supply but can also be power by Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af). This makes the phone more flexible and reduces cable clutter. The Snom 300 fulfills the most important requirements of an entry level VoIP telephone while offering functions that only found in advanced IP telephones. It is a basic phone, but with the additional features, that will take care of your business needs.
For effective everyday work, the snom 300 provides all relevant office functions such as choice of trunk line, status display, group lines, the engaged option or picking up calls. All these and more options are available on the Snom 300 making it the perfect choice for a power user.
The Snom 300 is compatible with many voice over IP telephone systems and is very popular among the Asterisk Open Souce IP PBX community. It is a good entry level IP phone with some advanced features normally found in high end manager or executive phones.

Support Service Levels

$30/hour – Service Level: Standard

 

Pre-paid Support when scheduled with no deadline. We will put this into our system and resolve the issue when it comes up in the order that they are received, resolving deadline issues with higher priority to ensure that they meet their deadlines.

$60/hour – Service Level: Priority

 

Pre-paid Support when there is a deadline. We do not guarantee that we will meet the deadline as given, however this level of support will ensure that the situation receives priority response to allow a greater likelihood of meeting or beating the deadline. All priority service level items are handled before standard priority items but after emergency.

$120/hour – Service Level: Emergency

 

Pre-paid Support with solid deadline. If we do not meet the deadline, there will be no charge and if the client requests that we do so, we will refund any fees paid. To qualify for refund, the deadline stated by the client must be in writing, the acceptance and commitment to meet the deadline by Poundteam personnel must also be in writing. Full access to the client server must be available immediately. If access is not available and this delays the requested support, there will be NO offset or refund of fees. This includes (but is not limited to) root ssh, mysql root, http (web), sip/iax and any other required access.
