DIRECT FORM FILLING PROJECT FROM MNC COMPANY 

We have a FORM FILLING project .The project is directly from USA. We deal directly on this project, so there is no middleman / consultant / Consultancy fees and no other upfront or security money. The project is in large quantity so WE are looking for IT/BPO company/consultant who can help us establishing a decent backbone of facilities any where in India, as soon as possible for THIS PROJECT.
We can also consider giving your monthly billings advance, right in the beginning of each month at the time of distribution of data itself.

Data: Data will be provided to the user on monthly basis through FTP/CD/DVD.
Minimum Monthly Billing per slot: Five Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only INR (Rs.5,50,000 ) It may be increased depending upon your work , number of hours and shifts.
Signup: In INDIA/PAKISTAN/BANGLADESH/NEPAL
Compensation: 30% (In case of non-availability of data, this would be mentioned clearly in the agreement).
Quality Control: Evaluation of the data converted by your BPO units, which should be at least 98% accurate. Minimum accuracy required to get the billing is 90%, and Up to 85%-90% the data is returnable (Rework Allowed, Only once in a month). 

(In case of deduction of payment this will be effective in the consecutive month’s advance payment).
Quality Check Report: Quality Check report will be generated by the TPQAT which would be again reconfirmed by the source company on the request of the executor company. Third party QC allowed, recommended QC Company should be ISO certified and QC charges to be borne by executor.
Billing: Bills can be raised every month and executing necessary documents and procedures as specified in the Data Agreement and in Bank Guarantee /LC/ Escrow Account Agreement.
YOU, THE CONTRACTOR/ Company (Second Party) MUST ENSURE:-
1. PROVIDING QUALITY OUTPUT & TIME CONSCIOUSNESS AT ALL TIMES.
2. HAVING NECESSARY INFRASTRUCTURE AND MAN POWER TO EXECUTE ORDERS IN PRECISION.
3. SHOULD BE IN POSITION TO START THE PROJECT IMMIDIATELY AFTER SIGNUP & SELECTION.
PROCESS:- 

The process according to company’s present norms is as follows:
1. EVAULATON OF PROFILES, SETUP DETAILS

3. SIGN THE MOU (Memorandum of Agreement)
4. ON-SITE TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOUR OPERATORS (if needed)

After signup the agreement, you will get 15 days' time to make your setup ready according to company's preset norms. If required you can also request for the paid training to some senior staff members of your company.
Note: Your Company will bear inspection charge. We will charge some nominal amount for Inspection of your set up. The inspection charge includes the transportation, food and lodging of our Executive/Technical team who will visit your set up. Our executive will visit your place with all the details of project, demo, necessary documents, project specifications and other necessary things which you need before proceeding. US Back Office Process (Direct Sign Up with US Client)

 
                              Here are the details of the process

1. Client is a US Based Back office Processing Company that specializes in digitization of company data.

2. They have signed up with one of the largest Globe Group of Hotels to undertake digitization of their customer experience feedback.

3. This Group has 1,301 hotels globally with a total of 2, 38,440 rooms!

4. The process requires us to digitize the Customer Feedback Form for this Hotel Group. Once a customer checks out of the Hotel, they fill out a simple three page feedback form which asks them to rate their stay and experience on a scale of 1-5 or 1-10 or questions which require simple ticks for yes and crosses for no.

5. The center gets an average of USD 0.25 (twenty-five cents) per feedback form digitized.

6. Workload is UNLIMITED. Contract if for thirty-six months.

7. An average agent with a typing speed of 30-40 wpm can complete 500 customer feedback forms in one day.

8. Center can earn an average of Rs 50,000 per day on 10 seats

9. To segregate workload & data management, slots of 10-seats have been created by the US Company outsourcing this process.


This is how we will proceed:

12. There is a refundable security deposit of USD 3500 that has to be paid directly to the US Company as tender fees. This amount will be mentioned in the SLA as refundable.

14. A global Service Level Agreement will be signed between your two companies on the day of successful receipt of funds in US account.

15. You will have to arrange for your team-leader and trainer to fly to Chennai for training.

16. Training will be conducted in Chennai at Client's Existing Center.

17. References will be provided upon wire of funds to US Company.

18. US Company is incorporated and having a registered office in the USA. They have a bank account with Chase Manhattan Bank.

19.  We will provide the remaining information upon receipt of documents including SLA Draft, US Wire Details, Client Contact Information including Landline Phone & official Email id.
CONSULTANCY FEES: THERE WILL BE ONE TIME CONSULTANSY FEES OF RS 3, 50,000/- TO BE PAID TO FAIDORA + ROYALTY @ 10%

A brief info about the project source:
We are an associate of a renowned international brand for providing strategic and promotional support to Mobile companies through Data mining and knowledge data discovery. We have recently taken over a new project for one of our client in Hong Kong, who is outsourcing the project data from Australian mobile companies. We are the authorized consultant for processing as well as outsourcing the data for processed data delivery in the given time frame.
Contribution by our Client (parent concern) in the process: The software systems and structure of the project has been installed in our server by them. The system maintenance as well as QC is to be processed at their end for quicker response and delay avoidance.
LOOKING FOR:
  • We are looking for companies not less than 6-12 months old with an infrastructure not less than 10 computers operating in the same field of non-voice projects and have dealt and completed such relevant projects in the near past. They should be technically and financially sound enough to proceed and work out with our project.
  • Data Entry operator who have a minimum experience of 1 year and have an infrastructure not less than 1 computer. They should be technically and financially sound enough to proceed and work out with our project.
PROJECT SCOPE:
Source: The Original data will be available on the work environment software that you are required to download from our website XXXXXXXXXXXXX You are required to fill up the form data as given in the guidelines (provided during sign up). You are not required to maintain any data backup and neither are you required to upload the data to the server. The whole process is taken care of automatically through the system.

Quality: you are required to maintain 95% of data accuracy and at least 98% of forms completion in the given time frame of the TAT period. A training session will be provided to you to reduce the errors done by operators and to provide understanding of the system for efficient working. The training session will also improve the speed of your operators for completing the work quicker. Please be sure to complete the work on time as no rework will be provided.

COMMERCIALS:
Payout: Rs. 8/- per form will be given
Work load: 3000 forms per month for 1 system (3000 forms for each system/seat)
Payment: 25% of the job work done will be given as an advance payment after 8 days(for the 1st TAT only) of going live to those associates those who meet the prerequisites from completion criteria. The rest of the payment for the 1st TAT will be sent to the associates after 15 days based upon your QC Report after QC Analysis for 6 days. From the 2nd to the 11th TAT payment will sent after 15 days based upon your QC Report after QC Analysis for 6 days.
Security Deposit + Consulting Fees: Rs. 22500/- for each seat as server charges. 5,000/- Refundable after successful completion of 11 TAT periods.
Payment Security: Bank Guarantee to be provided for clients taking more than 4 slots

    • Online Upload Data (urgent)

     
    Please find the below information of the process details and the pay
    structure for the pharmacy online update process.


    Job responsibility:-

    1.       Vendor has to load all the information provided in the notepad to
    the given CRM online.

    2.       Vendor has to train the agents to upload the work as per the field
    specification.

    3.       Vendor has to take care of the broadband connectivity (Min 3Mbps)
    for 10 systems.

    4.       We have a huge requirement of the data to be uploaded on the online
    CRM so that the 2nd Level can be completed.

    5.       CRM portal would be providing upon completion of the training and it
    would be unique for the Vendor (Not to be shared with any other vendor)

    Work provided:-

    1.       Vendor has to start with 10 seats for the first two week.

    2.       Vendor would be provided with 3000 data per agents to finish in a
    months time.

    3.       Client is looking forward for 94% accurate data for the first week,
    96% in the second week.

    4.       Vendor will get the advance payment upon achieving the quality of
    96% in the second week.

    5.       Vendor will receive 50% of the advance upon of 2nd week of the
    performance completion.

    6.       If the quality is not maintained and achieved the order may be
    cancelled.

    7.       Vendor will have to bear the cost of the portal created for them if
    they do not achieve the quality target in a given period of time.

    8.       Vendor would be provided with the 5 days training online.

    9.       There would be no demo work as it is a waste of time and money.

    10.   Vendor would go live with the live data soon after the training.

    What we expect from the Vendor: -

                   per day data to be completed is 116 per agents

                   Total data of 30,000 would be provided in a month if they
    achieve the required       quality.

                   Payment would be 0.60cents per successful data uploaded.

                   Monthly Bill if the quality of 96% achieved would be

    Vendor would receive upon successful 2 weeks completion of required quality
    of $900.00 as an advance per seat.

    Parameters for slot complete rejection:-
    1. File name given is wrong. (Including the zip folder name)
    2. Incomplete file.
    3. Only document files should be present in the zip file,
    4. Total number of image files and notepad files are different.
    5. Extra temporary files found or file not zipped.
    6. Font Style only Times New Roman.
    7. Other page data found.
    8. The file should be zipped by using only WINZIP software.
    9. Each job work should be sent as a separate attachment and in separate e-mail.
    10. Color text found.
    11. Header and Footer found.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    The percentage deduction for the errors done.1.5% deduction would be considered for each mistake other than Complete Rejection. The company decision will be the final on deciding all the disputes.
    Rejection Criteria:

    1. File name of the document file does not match with the correspondence image file name.
    2. The file should be completed and send it before the deadline mentioned by the company.
    3. File name given wrong including the zip file name and the document file names.
    4. There is difference between the no. of pages in IMAGE file and the notepad file.
    5. Extra files found in the zip file except document files (including temporary files).
    6. Incomplete Files.
    7. If files received are less than the files delivered to you.
    8. Text is in other than “Times New Roman” Font.
    9. If the file is not zipped.
    10. The company decision will be the final on deciding all the disputes.
    Termination Criteria:
    1. File not submitted for any 2 times, job work has been rejected for any 2 times,   incomplete file submitted for any two times.
    2. Duplication of data found in any page.
    3. Any 2 times not achieved the accuracy (100%) in overall 6 slots.
    4. Any conversion software used.

    TERMINATIONS: 
    The agreement may be terminated by either party if the party breaches or is in default of any obligation here under which default is incapable of cure or which, being capable of cure has not been cured with 30 calendar days after receipt of novice of such default (or additional cure period as the non-default party may authorize).     LOOKING FOR:
    • We are looking for companies not less than 6-12 months old with an infrastructure not less than 10 computers operating in the same field of non-voice projects and have dealt and completed such relevant projects in the near past. They should be technically and financially sound enough to proceed and work out with our project.
    • Data Entry operator who have a minimum experience of 1 year and have an infrastructure not less than 1 computer. They should be technically and financially sound enough to proceed and work out with our project.
    PROJECT SCOPE:

    Source: The Original data will be available on the work environment software. You are required to fill up the form data as given in the guidelines (provided during sign up). You are not required to maintain any data backup and neither are you required to upload the data to the server. The whole process is taken care of automatically through the system.

    Quality: you are required to maintain 95% of data accuracy and at least 98% of forms completion in the given time frame of the TAT period. A training session will be provided to you to reduce the errors done by operators and to provide understanding of the system for efficient working. The training session will also improve the speed of your operators for completing the work quicker.
